To Rebecca in NY that wouldn't put her account number in the phone call that she made to LEANRX.
I called them and entered my account number (they already had it or they wouldn't have debited my account wrongfully). After I entered my account number a recording came on and said my account would be credited. For each wrongful debit I had to make a phone call and enter my account number.
The had two debits to my account and I had to call two different times
I waited and sure enough within a week or two they returned my money. Needless to say I changed my account number.
